Explanation:
In order to raise awareness of the situation of victims of human trafficking and promotion and protection of their rights, the UN General Assembly designated July 30 as the World Day Against Trafficking In Persons. The theme for 2019 is “Human Trafficking: call your government to action”.People trafficked in own country has doubled to 58% according to the United Nations office on drugs and crime (UNODC) Global report 2018.
