Explanation:
On 19th June 2019, International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict was observed all over the world. This day aims to create awareness on the necessity to curb conflict-related sexual violence, and to honour the victims and survivors of sexual violence throughout the world.In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly declared 19 June as the International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict by adopting a resolution (A/RES/69/293).This day also honours people who have devoted their lives to fight against these crimes.
