Explanation:
The World Television Day is observed annually on November 21 by the United Nations(UN) under the resolution (A/RES/51/205) to highlight the importance of television in generating communication and globalisation. In december 17 1996 in the UN General Assembly (UNGA), the day was decided to be celebrated, to commemorate the day (Nov 21, 1996) on which the World Television Forum was held.
