Transfer Policy 2022
As per the PMC Medical and Dental Undergraduate Education Regulations 2021, a candidate enrolled in the college may seek transfer to the other college is required to follow the instructions regarding the MBBS and BDS admission.
- The candidates should have successfully completed their relevant years in the original college admitted.
- The candidates have to apply for transfer to another college and there must be vacant seats in the relevant year of college.
- In case there is more than one candidate for transfer on the vacant seat, the student has the highest merit to be calculated according to the policy of the university to which the transferring college is affiliated.
- The requirements according to the transfer policy of the college must be fulfilled by the candidates to apply for the BDS and MBBS admission.
- The foreign student seeking transfer to a Pakistani college must have qualified for the requisite NEB exam for the relevant academic year in order to secure admission.
PMC Transfer Policy
The college must notify the authority within 14 days of any student registered with PMC having left the college resulting in the vacant seat. Throughout the academic year, the college must display the number of available vacant seats in each academic year on its website. The college must provide an online link to enable interested candidates to apply for the vacant seat at any time during the academic year. A candidate who has failed their professional exam or been expelled will not be entertained for a transfer by a college. An expelled student may apply for admission to another college in the first year after fulfilling the admission criteria according to the PMC Regulations.
