The University of Karachi has announced the new admissions of Associate Degree Programs in Science, Arts & Commerce will commence from 11th April. Karachi University has allowed the students who have completed Intermediate in 2021 to enroll in the Associate degree program. After a long wait, the administration of Karachi University allowed the students who entered in the year 2021 to enter the associate degree.
The administration of Karachi University has given permission to the students entering the year 2021 for admission in associate degree, while the admission in an associate degree in government colleges of Karachi affiliated to the university will start from April 11 this month.
Classes will start on April 20 the month of Ramadan. This will be the second batch of associate degrees. The decision was taken on Wednesday after a meeting of the College Principals chaired by Acting Registrar of Karachi University Prof. Maqsood Ansari.
According to Controller Examiners, the annual examinations for the Associate Degree will be held in July 2022. It has been decided to conduct B.Com examinations in the first phase from May 20, while BA and BSc examinations in the second phase are expected in the second week of June or later.
