The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) holds the Manama Dialogue, in Manama, Bahrain. The 2021 summit took place between 19–21 November.
The IISS Manama Dialogue is a unique forum for government ministers, experts, and business communities, to discuss the Middle East’s important security challenges. Since 2002 the Institute has hosted the annual IISS Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore. The IISS publishes ‘The Military Balance, an annual assessment of nations’ military capabilities.
