- Pakistan records less than 1,000 COVID-19 cases after a five-day gap: The COVID-19 case count stands at 830 in the last 24 hours, the first time in five days it’s been below 1,000. In the 24 hours prior to this recording, 1,347 cases had been reported. The positivity rate also stands at 2.22 percent from the previous 2.97 percent a day earlier.
