Russia will soon register a second COVID-19 vaccine, informed Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 23, 2020. The national consumer health watchdog stated on September 22 that another vaccine, developed by the Vector research centre, which is dubbed as EpiVacCorona would be registered by October 15.
