UHS Announced the Guidelines For MBBS and BDS Admissions Session 2022

The University of Health Sciences has issued the guidelines for the preparation of documents for MBBS/BDS admissions session 2021-22. To apply for the medical and dental colleges the candidates have to apply online and submit the required documents. The UHS has informed the students about the mandatory documents that must be attached with the admission form otherwise they will be rejected so the candidates are directed to prepare all the required documents to avoid any inconvenience.

Documents Required For Admission

Following are the documents required by UHS for admission in MBBS/BDS.

  • Matriculation certificate or result card issued by the concerned board.
  • HSSC pre-medical certificate issued by the concerned board and in the case of foreign qualification the candidates have to submit the equivalence certificate issued by IBCC. Moreover, the foreign qualified candidates have also to submit the letter of equivalence of grades in science subjects according to the directives issued by the Pakistan Medical Commission as the merit of these students will be calculated by using the marks obtained in the science subjects.
  • MDCAT result issued by the Pakistan Medical Commission.
  • Domicile certificate of the candidates.
  • Valid CNIC/CRC/NICOP/Passport of the candidate.
  • Valid CNIC/NICOP/Passport of father/mother of the candidate.
  • Recent Passport size color photograph of the candidate with blue background.
  • Specimen signatures and left thumb impression.
  • Hifz-e-Quran certificate issued by Wafaq-ul-Madaris (if the candidate is Huffaz-e-Quran).

Important Instructions For Candidates

  • The admission form must be submitted with the mandatory documents and in case the candidate is applying for more than one category then the documents should be submitted separately.
  • Make sure that all the information mentioned on the documents is readable.
  • Scan the documents in black and white. Scanning at a resolution of 300 DPI is recommended and file size should not exceed 2MB per document. The photographs and signature must be uploaded in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format and all the other documents should be in PDF format.
  • Do not upload all the supporting documents as one file. Create one PDF with the label of each type of document that you are required to upload.
  • Multi-page documents and double-sided documents should be saved as a single PDF document. Make sure that all pages of PDF are in the correct order.
  • All documents must be saved in an unsecured and labeled PDF format before they can be uploaded. The PDF format should not be protected by a password.
  • Do not get your documents and photographs scanned by an unknown person or share your digitized data with strangers.
  • It is the responsibility of the candidates to submit the correct and complete documents with the application form. In case any wrong/fake and the fabricated document is found then the candidate will be debarred from admission for the period of seven years according to the rules.
