Punjab School Education Announces To Reopen Public and Private Schools From 2nd August

The school education Punjab has announced to reopen the public and private schools across the province from 2nd August 2021 after the summer vacations. The authorities issued the notifications to inform the students about the resumption of the physical classes. Moreover, it has been instructed that the authorities/principals/headteachers must observe the preventative measures and guides the students about the implementation of the COVID-19 SOPs to contain the spread of the pandemic.

School Timings

According to the notification issued the classes will be held in the staggered approach with 50% attendance on the alternative days to ensure the safety of the students and teachers. Following are the school timings issued by the school education Punjab that must be followed by the students. It is pertinent to mention here that the below mention timetable must be implemented from 2nd August 2021 to 10th October 2021 in all Punjab public and private schools.

Closure of Schools

Earlier the schools had been closed after the announcement of the summer vacations but now the concerned authorities have issued the schedule for the reopening of the schools. The candidates are advised to attend the classes according to the instructions issued by the school education Punjab. It is mandatory for the students to wear the mask and maintain the social distance in the schools.
