The Punjab Boards Chairman Committee has sent suggestions to the Higher Education Department. Punjab Education Department will conduct special examinations in November from candidates who are absent in matriculation and inter-annual examinations and have reservations on 33% marks. Examinations will be held in November after final approval.
Education boards across Punjab, including Gujranwala, have decided to take special exams in November from students who were absent in the 10th and Inter Part Two annual examinations this year. Students who have objections over objecting to 33% discounted marks can also appear in the special exams. If the candidate does not want to get 33% marks, it will be re-examined. Such candidates have to inform the board for re-examination within 15 days of the result.
Similarly, students who object to the results of the ninth and eleventh classes will inform the board within 30 days about accepting their results or taking the composite examination. In this regard, Chairman Gujranwala Board Dr. Tariq Mahmood said that all the suggestions have been sent to HED which will be decided after final approval.
