FPSC Medical Examination Schedule for CSS 2018 qualified candidates for  at FPSC Islamabad Headquarter. As per schedule Medical Examination will start from 12th November 2018 till 4th December 2018

• All the candidates should bring original document for verification.
• Candidates are also required to submit following documents at the time of Psychological Assessment Test
• Application Form For CSS 2018 along with attested photocopies of all document
• Five sets of duly filled Security Clearance Proforma
• Educational Profile Proforma
• Undertaking
• Two recent passport size photographs
