The Pakistan medical commission has issued the MDCAT candidates conflict reschedule form. The PMC has provided the form for the candidates who have a conflict of another external exam with the MDCAT exam Session 2021. The allowed categories for the submission of the reschedule form are Board Exam, Practical & Medical Admission Test. In the form the candidates are required to enter the Roll Number, Email (registered email address otherwise your application will not be accepted), MDCAT Test Date, Conflicting Exam Date, Conflicting Exam Type, Conflicting Exam Institution/ Board Name, and candidates have to upload the exam date sheet. After the submission of the form, the candidates will be notified about the rescheduling of the test by the commission and they can take the entrance exam accordingly.
The MDCAT test has been started in a different schedule as per the issued schedule by the Pakistan medical commission. The MDCAT 2021 test will be conducted till 30th September according to the details provided to the students. The test is mandatory for the students that want to take admission in the medical and dental college.
The candidates are informed that no photocopy or soft copy of verification documents will be accepted for entry at the center. The candidates have to bring the documents for the verification in the test centers that are original and valid. The documents that the students must bring to the examination center include CNIC, Nadra smart card, NICOP, Passport, and original B-form (will be accepted with the original father’s CNIC and original mark sheet of matric/intermediate). The MDCAT applicants can bring only one documents among all the documents mentioned above. Moreover, the candidates have to bring the printout of the roll number slip that has been emailed to the students along with the verification. The candidates without valid documentation will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. So make sure to bring the original and valid documents to avoid any inconvenience.
