Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) has announced the schedule for the National (MDCAT) 2022. National MDCAT is necessary for seeking admission to any Government or Private Medical and dental college in the country. PMC conducts Computerized National MDCAT. Every year, tests are conducted on different locations all over the country as well as abroad for Overseas Pakistanis and International Students.
National MDCAT 2022 will be held from August 15 to August 31, 2022. The Second Phase of the test shall start from 5th September and shall continue till 20th September 2022. For those who have COVID-19 positive students, if any, their test shall be conducted on September 30, 2022. The test shall be conducted simultaneously in Islamabad, Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. Overseas test centers for National MDCAT 2022 are the USA, UK, Europe, Gulf Countries, and Asia.
Dates for National MDCAT 2022 are:
- First Phase: August 15 to August 31, 2022
- 2nd Phase: September 05 to September 20, 2022
- Special test for COVID-19 Positive Students: September 30, 2022
The schedule for National MDCAT 2022 registration will be announced by PMC in July 2022. Students will be able to register online at the PMC website. As per last year, students will be allowed to select a suitable time slot and test center for themselves which will be confirmed by PMC in due time. Passing National MDCAT with a minimum of 65% marks is mandatory for applying to any Government or Private Medical and Dental College in the country.
