HEC announces list of unrecognized universities and campuses

Higher Education Commission HEC Islamabad issued a Parent and Student Alert. Parents and Students are advised not to seek admission in unrecognized/illegal universities/institutes and illegal campuses. The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan recognizes degrees of accredited universities/institutions from the public and private sector in Pakistan along with their approved campuses in approved campuses as mentioned on the HEC website.

It is hereby notified for awareness of the general public that the Islamic University of Pakistan, Sialkot Is a non-chartered and unrecognized university, hence its name is included in the list of illegal/fake institutions (available on the HEC website).
