The FBISE has issued the schedule for class 9 admission and registration for the 2021-2023 session. The candidates are informed to check the issued schedule and fulfill the registration requirements in order to appear in the 9th class annual exams. According to the issued schedule, the last date for admission is 1st September 2021.
Schedule For Submission Of Admission Form
The candidates can submit the admission form with the special permission of chairman FBISE with Rs.800/- as per the candidate with the special permit fee by 30th September 2021. Moreover, the last date for the receipt of registration return is 15th October 2021. In case the candidate has submitted the admission form but not the receipt of registration return is not submitted by the mentioned schedule that the candidates required to submit the late fee of Rs. 800/- up to 15 days after the announcement of the schedule of admission/examination form. In the case of the late submission, the candidates have to submit the documents required by the board officials that include a Copy of the admission form, a copy of the admission withdrawal register, a copy of the school leaving certificate, and a copy of the fee deposit slip. No request for late registration will be entertained after the deadline.
Registration Return
All the affiliated educational institutes must submit the registration return online by filling the registration return Performa available at the web portal of FBISE. The registration fee can be deposited at any branch of HBL up to 15th October 2021. The hard copy of the computerized registration return along with the original fee challan and copy of the valid affiliation letter must be submitted to the assistant secretary, SC registration by post before the closing date. The documents that must be attached with the registration return of the transfer cases include the original NOC/migration certificate, copy of school leaving certificate, and copy of attested result card.
Instructions For Students
Only by submitting the registration form, the candidates will not be able to appear in the annual exams. The candidates must fulfill all the requirements to sit in an examination. Moreover, the board reserves the right to cancel the registration of the candidate if it is found that the particulars involved are fake. The head of institutions and students are directed to follow the SOPs related to COVID-19 while processing the registration data.
