Entry test 2020 pattern changed for PIEAS

Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Science PIEAS Islamabad has changed its entry test pattern for admission 2020. The PIEAS authority brings the following changes in the Entrance Test. Take a look.

For BS Candicadets:

The number of entry test questions is reduced from 100 to 80. Now the booklet shall contain only 80 total questions. Also, the weightage of each subject in the entry test is changed. Now all subjects shall have equal weightage, 20 questions each from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Computer Science, and General Aptitude. The arrangements of the questions is also changed. Now there will be no specific section for any subjects, all questions from different subjects shall be mixed. The time allowed is also reduced to 1.5 hours i.e. 90 Minutes.

For MS Candicadets:

There will be a total number of sixty questions in the question booklet. All questions must be MCQs based. No general part of the question booklet. Now, the test timing is 1 hour 30 minutes i.e., 90 minutes.
