The current world no. 1 Novak Djokovic has been disqualified from the US Open after he defaulted as a ball he struck hit the line judge in the throat during his match against Pablo Carreno Busta. Though the shot wasn’t intentional, it was against the rules of the match and led to his disqualification. Novak Djokovic took to social media to apologise for the act.
