UHS Announces Certification in Medical Editing.
The University of Health Sciences Lahore is inviting the applications from eligible candidates for admission in Medical Editing Certification Course. The condition of the certification are as follows:
Duration of the Certification:
The duration of the certification will be six months and it will be taught to the students in two blocks of 5 days each on campus. There will be an interval of three months between these two blocks. During this gap, the candidates are required to submit their online assignments to their supervisors. The attendance of the aspirants and proof of assignments during these sessions from the candidates in the form of the portfolio is Mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria for certification:
MBBS/BDS or a graduate degree in the fields of Medical / Dental Allied Health Science / Nursing / Pharmacy etc from Higher Education Commission recognized university. Preference shall be given to the candidates already attached with a health sciences journal as an editor, assistant editor, managing editor etc.
Fee for certification:
Rs 40,000/- (to be deposited at the start of the course)
How to Apply in this course:
The candidates who are willing to apply in this course can download application form from the UHS website (www.ush.edu.pk) fill it and submit by hand or post.
The candidates can submit their forms along with the attested copies of certificates, testimonials, three passport size photographs and CNIC at the office of Director (Admin and Coordinator).
