Eligibility Criteria:
The competition for these awards is open only to recent PHD candidates and doctoral candidates in social science and law. Those will pursing a PHD should have complete their routine training and be well along in the writing of their theses before applying to become academy scholars. If you have complete a PHD program, the PHD completion date must be within three years of the October 1 application deadline.

2. Your Resume.
3. 2500 words research proposal.
4. PhD Transcript copy.
5. Letter of recommendations (3).
