Pakistan was the most improved country in the theft ranking, increasing its score by seven points.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sabotage: Protect Facilities,\u00a0<\/strong>a ranking of 46 countries (plus Taiwan &#8211; the index didn\u2019t label Taiwan as a country) with nuclear facilities, such as nuclear power reactors and research reactors. This category evaluates actions related to protecting those facilities against sabotage.
