It was signed by Palau President Tommy Remengesau during a special ceremony at Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations (UN). ISA Framework Agreement has been ratified by a total of 54 of the 76 countries till now. Palau is a host country for 2020 edition of the \u2018Our Oceans conference\u2019.
